Resilience Coaching

In recent years,Resilience has become something of a buzz word within Mental health and Personal Development circles and seems to be part of a sea change in combating stress and maintaining personal wellbeing.

Resilience can come in different forms and can mean different things to different people. I have lived experience of depending on resilience to get through challenging times.

 

As a certified Resilience Coach i will work with you using the PR6 & R2 models which are proven methods of inducing positive and lasting  behaviour change. 

 

I won`t work with anybody who I think I can`t help or I feel is beyond my capabilities. I have included a section called if you`re not travelling well which has information that can help you if things aren`t going great.

 

Winston Churchill famously said “When you`re going through hell…..Keep going”……Good advice but don`t do it on a daily basis.

Results from undertaking the PR6 Program include:

  • User`s becoming 25% more resilient within the 1st 6 months.

  • 87% high engagement (there is access to over 200 activities).
