Resilience Coaching

In recent years,Resilience has become something of a buzz word within Mental health and Personal Development circles and seems to be part of a sea change in combating stress and maintaining personal wellbeing.

Resilience can come in different forms and can mean different things to different people. I have lived experience of depending on resilience to get through challenging times.


As a certified Resilience Coach i will work with you using the PR6 model which is a proven method of inducing positive behaviour change. I will introduce you to tools to help develop your Resilience and also provide an assessment to help you help you with issues including anxiety and stress.


I won`t work with anybody who I think I can`t help or I feel is beyond my capabilities. I have included a section called if you`re not travelling well which has information that can help you if things aren`t going great.


Winston Churchill famously said “When you`re going through hell…..Keep going”……Good advice but don`t do it on a regular basis.

Personally, I think of Resilience as the glue that holds us together when everything seems to be falling apart !
