Resilience Coaching
For Resilience Coaching i use the PR6 Model, which is based on current Neuroscience research and addresses 6 critical factors that influence Resilience.

The 6 domains are :
Tenacity i.e. Persistence, Realistic Optimism and Bounce.
​
Collaboration i.e. Support Networks, Social Context and Managed Perceptions.
​
Vision i.e. Purpose, Goals and Congruence.
​
Composure i.e. Regulate Emotions, Interpretation Bias and Calm.
​
Reasoning i.e. Problem Solving, Resourcefulness and Anticipate & Plan.
​
Health i.e. Nutrition, Sleep and Exercise.
​
​
The starting point is to complete the PR6 Online Assessment, this can be completed in advance or during the first session.
​
When we receive the results (by email) there will be a summary report which will specify the dins that require specific attention. We will employ a Strength`s based approach which means that over a 3 month period we will look at the 6 Domains in the following order.

First Session. We will look at the 1st and 4th strongest Domain`s.

Second Session. We will look at the 2nd and 5th ranked Domain`s.

Third Session. We will look at the 3rd and 6th ranked Domain`s.
​
There will be online access to online Training Modules for each Domain, and this access will last for 12 months after starting. Additionally, there are over 200 activities to try.
