Service Description

I offer a Coaching Package based on the PR 6 Resilience Model which uses the latest Neuroscience research and is supported interactive AI. Initially we will have a 90 minute session where we`ll discuss the findings of an online Assessment that you`ll have completed. There will weekend phone calls where we can monitor and maintain your progress. Included in the package is 12 months access to all online resources. Upon completion of each package, a follow-up assessment (and coaching session can be made available).
